We are not liable for delivery delays, carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by inaccurate customer information, customer unavailability, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Delivery Conditions; ID Verification; Refusal of Handoff

For age-restricted or compliance-sensitive products, we reserve the right to require government-issued identification and proof of age at pickup or delivery.

We may refuse to complete a delivery or handoff if, in our sole discretion:

  • the recipient cannot produce valid ID;

  • the recipient appears underage;

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed for these reasons, we may cancel the order, withhold delivery, charge restocking or redelivery fees where permitted, and/or limit future account access.

10. Risk of Loss; Title

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the applicable carrier, courier, delivery partner, or upon successful delivery or handoff, as applicable.

You are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery location and for timely receiving products once delivered where permitted.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer the Services. However, any purchase and sale transaction made through this Site is between you and Giwigi LLC, not Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for any aspect of any purchase made from our store, including product quality, legality, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, injury, loss, or damage arising from products or services purchased from us.

Any obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, governing law, and dispute-related provisions.
