Shipping policy

Giwigi offers shipping and, in select areas, local delivery for eligible products. Availability may vary based on your location, product type, inventory, operational capacity, and applicable law.

Where We Ship

Giwigi ships products only to U.S. jurisdictions where the specific products offered are permitted under applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We actively monitor and maintain a list of restricted states and jurisdictions based on current regulations and carrier policies. Orders containing products that are not permitted in a customer’s jurisdiction will not be fulfilled.

Giwigi reserves the right to:

  • restrict or prohibit shipments to certain states or local jurisdictions;
  • cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled; and
  • modify shipping eligibility at any time based on changes in law or compliance requirements.

If an order is placed for a restricted jurisdiction, it may be canceled and refunded in accordance with our policies.

State Shipping Restrictions

Certain hemp-derived products may be restricted or prohibited in specific states or local jurisdictions.

Giwigi does not ship products to jurisdictions where such products are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions based on product type, cannabinoid content, or local regulations.

THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island. Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT, WA, WV. 

We reserve the right to:

  • block shipments to restricted states;
  • remove specific products from availability in certain jurisdictions; and
  • cancel orders that do not comply with applicable laws.

Customers attempting to order products into restricted jurisdictions will not have those orders fulfilled.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the Site. Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory, verification requirements, weekends, holidays, or other operational factors.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, compliance review, or events outside our control.

If we advertise or communicate a specific shipping window, we will aim to meet it. If no specific shipping time is stated, orders will be shipped within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Local Delivery

Where available, local delivery windows are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, operational volume, staffing, product availability, and compliance checks.

We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse delivery where necessary for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Age and ID Verification

For age-restricted products, we will require a valid government-issued ID at delivery or pickup. We may refuse to hand over any order if:

  • the recipient cannot provide valid identification,

  • the recipient appears underage,

  • the recipient appears impaired, or

  • the order information does not match the recipient or delivery details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because of customer error or unavailability, including an incorrect address or inability to verify age, we may cancel the order, deny a refund, charge a redelivery fee, or apply a restocking fee where permitted.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping delays may occur outside our control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact info@giwigi.com and we will review the issue.

We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered, but we may assist with carrier claims where appropriate.
