Refund policy

At Giwigi, we want to make sure issues are handled fairly and fast. Because many of our products are consumable, personal-use, or compliance-sensitive, not all items are eligible for return.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery only for eligible non-consumable items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must #1 be unused and in the same condition that you received it; #2 be in its original packaging; #3 include tags, if applicable; and #4 be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send it. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • consumable or ingestible products;

  • hemp-derived cannabinoid products;

  • flower, pre-rolls, vapes, tinctures, gummies, beverages, edibles, or similar products;

  • opened, used, or tampered items;

  • personal care items;

  • perishable goods;

  • custom products, special orders, or personalized items;

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;

  • sale items; or

  • gift cards.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,

  • the item is damaged,

  • the package appears tampered with, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Email info@giwigi.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. We’ll review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Orders That Cannot Be Returned

If a product is non-returnable but arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may still review the issue and provide a remedy in our discretion or as required by law.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return and your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@giwigi.com.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, delivery fees, and similar service charges are non-refundable, unless the return or refund is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment where reimbursement is appropriate.

Refused Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for failed delivery or shipping issues caused by:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • inability to verify age or identity where required,

  • recipient unavailability, or

  • refusal of delivery for compliance reasons.

In those cases, refunds or credits may be denied, reduced, or subject to restocking or redelivery charges where permitted.
